Hey man, sweet that you want to dev for the Padfone. Here's my personal list of things I'd love to see in a ROM

- Newest android version
- Updated and tweaked kernel that can be overclocked
- All bloatware removed
- The following apps preinstalled, or can be chosen during install:
* Padfone launcher switcher
* Nova launcher
* Apex launcher
* ES File explorer
* Google Panosphere camera
* 666dsa666's circular battery mod
* Cool custom loadscreen
* Titanium backup
* SuperSU

That's all for now. I might think of more later, but the above would already result in a pretty cool ROM. Especially the bolded part, which is also the hardest.

- Newest android version - 4.3? the one im working on is 4.1.1. later on i can take a look at 4.3
- Updated and tweaked kernel that can be overclocked - i will take a look at tweaking kernel and over clocking personally im not interested in over clocking so it is not prioritized
- All bloatware removed - check! was up all night... but ill guess this is a work in progress
- The following apps preinstalled, or can be chosen during install:
* Padfone launcher switcher - i can fix you want padfone controller with that?
* Nova launcher - not prioritized
* Apex launcher - not prioritized
* ES File explorer - i fix
* Google Panosphere camera - currently looking at this
* 666dsa666's circular battery mod - i dont even know what this is? "This mod give you 1% battery mod for Phone, tablet and keyboard" tell me nothing... if someone posts a picture i might implement this.
* Cool custom loadscreen - bootscreen or loadscreen?
bootscreen currently is from oroo708... but i might change it later on depending on the rest of the rom.

* Titanium backup - i can do
* SuperSU - i can do.

thax i appreciated your post
it gave me many ideas, please more ideas

Lookin' good.

For your information, having an optimized and overlockable Kernel would definitely set you aside from the other ROM devs for the Padfone 1 right now. It's a feature many are waiting for.

Padfone controller doesn't do much, so need for that one.

Oh, and I can also recommend Ultimate Dynamic Navbar - great app to replace the stock one.

As for the circular battery mod: http://padfoneclub.com/pl/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?10462

Test it! Gives you three circular battery gages with percentages inside, instead of the default battery looking one.

As for the loadscreen, I meant bootscreen yea. oroo708's is nice, but not very... special. No offense intended at all, ofcourse.

Finally, having android 4.3 would be neat, to keep the PF1 on edge.

Keep up the good work!

Why do you even want preinstalled apps ? Simple script will do the trick through "adb install some.apk".

This little "project" is paused due to that i cant unlook my bootloader.
Im sending my phone to repair and when i Can unlook bootloader i Can test and continue my work.
Im really happy for all the imput im getting
Please continue the inputs and i will continue the work with funny ideas.
As it looks like now, there might be more than one .zip.
One that will be "clean" and one with diffrent mods

It's always a good idea to have a "clean" version for those who like it. An easy way to do this, is by making apps optional to install through TWRP, similar to what is done in the Pandorum ROM.

Saves trouble. Also, I don't have all the APK's saved on my PC.

Sorry to keep you waiting guys, was far from my PC this month

Here is simple utility, I made. It just pulls apk's from device (/data/app) to ./apps folder and installs them back.

To made it work you need to install Java and Android SDK. You need to modify PATH environment variable to make java.exe and adb.exe accessible.

Java sources also included.
