There is a bug in 10.12.3.130, do not rush to this update until problem is solved by Asus.

BUG: Recent Apps button doesn't work correctly.

I heard success in rolling back to 10.12.3.116, but definitely I do not recommend it, since it is against the general rule of downgrading your firmware, and may cause related problems:
As far as I know those who downgraded to 10.12.3.116 lost the ability to update their phones via OTA updates.

I was having problems with power draining very quickly with 10.12.3.130 so I rolled back to 10.12.3.111 successfully. And I still get notifications of an update available OTA.

I rolled back to .116 and I also have notification for update OTA...

There is no problem

I noticed the same bug, at first I thought it was because I've uninstalled pretty much every Asus-bloatapp, but fortunately not.
Now KITKAT ME!!! ;(

I have the same issue too. I did notice if you change the function of this button (settings - Asus customised settings - key settings) to screen shot it will still work though.

I confirm the bug.
I start the phone alpine and it's OK.
Then after inserting the phone in the tablet it doesn't work right.

hum.. not cool that this version is bugged

but what i fail to understand is that asus told that the NPFI kitkat version would come later
maybe that trying to force this version that may not be the 100% finished/official destined to the NPFI was a mistake.
i mean after all this time a little more patience is not a high price to pay
