Another (soft)bricked new Infinity?

So about a year ago I got a new new Padfone Infinity because my previous one was hard bricked... Now one year later, the second one appears to be soft-bricked...

It's just stuck at the boot logo, I can't get into recovery, only fast boot works... I tried flashing the boot.img and recovery.img, and wiping it (fastboot -w), but I can't get into recovery, or get the phone to boot...

The phone suddenly froze when I took a picture today, after that I resetted the phone by holding the power button, it did get back into Android, but all apps starting crashing, but I could restart it via the normal way... it got back into Android again, but froze almost immediately... Now I can't even get it to Android loading screen...
