A Taiwan newspaper reported that Asus CEO confirm Padfone 3 will be release 2013 first season.

But i not sure Padfone 3 is it for window 8. Only know from the article is Asus will go into mobile phone market for both android and windows with normal phone, not transformer.

But the article suggests that PF3 would be released by the end of the first quarter of 2013... That's very, very close to the PF2, so I assume it won't be an Android device...

But I guess the future will tell us more... And if we know more, we will update...

I don't really see how WP8 would work on a tablet? Only if they an mix it with "the real" Windows RT or something...

And asus is working in Win8 transformers... I dont want a normal tablet or a normal laptop/netbook anymore... these tf things are genius!

And I know the surface also has a keyboard, but it's not the reall thing with a battery and connectors and stuff

well actually everyone are working on the hybrid notebook/tablet after win8 launch.. MS, Asus, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Sony, Samsung etc. some even got i7 ivy bridge on board!!!
