Before this upgrade my padfone roate everything, homescreen and apps. I appreciate this feature because while the padfone station charging, I can work on it with the plug on the top. The automatic rotation is selected but it permit only the 90 degrees in both directions

Bom dia,
1º Fazer copia de segurança das aplicações e dados.
2º Fazer copia dos contactos com o SuperBackup , não fiz da 1ª vez e perdi todos os ctcs
3º Fiz a de Versão V9.20.1.22(CHT) - 23-07-2012 , apaga tudo e instala de novo, aparece os caracteres na língua de Twain, é só clicar no meio do écran a 1ª vez e depois espera, atenção que deverá estar sempre ligado à corrente.
Da ultima vez aparece com a lingua TW, é só necessário puxar o écran para baixo para aparecer as outras línguas.
4º vai pedir para actualizar novamente dizer que sim pois daqui para a frente só é em PT e nunca apaga mais nada.
5º Fazer as outras CHS_PadFone-9.20.1.22_CHS_9.3.1-0_M3.23.18 - 10-08-2012 seguir tudo até ao final e voltar a dizer que sim quando se ligar novamente, com esta as aplicações da Google não funciona.
6 Finalmente copiar a versão Firmware version: CHT_PadFone-9.20.2.14_CHT - 13-08-2012, e fazer tudo de novo, sendo que com estas duas ultimas ele não apaga dados nossos nem aplicações, apenas aparece umas aplicações que são de Twain e só é necessário desactivar para não aparecer noavamente.

I tried, it seems it's a feature. And it sucks, I use to turn it 180 and use it as i charged the damn thing. This New update is horrible, bugs left unfixed, featureremoved and then this.

You can install ADW Launcher from the market. I used it on my HTC Desire HD and TF101. ADW has full 180 rotation. Haven't tested it yet on my new (yay!) Padfone.

I used to use ADW too. +1 for ADW. But that was on my tf101, not padfone yet. Can you confirm ADW can sustain the dynamic switching once u tried it on please? thanx

i have update to the to the New CHT 9.20.2.14, but the phone always sudden shut off/hang (none off the button function including on/off button), i have to remove/put back the battery than only it funtion, it happen one or twice a day. weight thing is, when the screen turn black, if people call my padfone, they still can hear the ringing tone as usual on their phone, but on my padfone no ringing tone at all. anybody facing the same problem as mind?

I've tried ADW launcher (not ex version) but the problem persist. The feature on rotation is similar to the original. Anyone have an idea?

ADW Launcher EX rotation isn't working either. On top of that it doesn't support dynamic switching (you can only use the phone ADW settings or the pad ADW settings), so uninstalled it.

try recheck the dynamic switching apps...i also have this problem once...dont know what to do..i switch off and on back...i think there a bug in the "dynamic switching" mode...although it is a first device that have it..takes time to stable...

- Can not rotate screen with padstation to any direction anymore. Was extra useful while charging cable was plugged in - there used to be option to keep cable on the top, so you were able to put your station to the holder for watching a movie.

- Can not find some contacts from dialer anymore. Now you need to go to Contacts and press Search icon to access all the contacts.

- Energy saver notifications are extra annoying if you keep reading or watching movie after midgnight.

Tip for ASUS team: Don't fix if it is not broken!
