OTA Rootkeeper didn't work for me Is there any "trick" or something that I missed?
If you are using OTA root keeper, plz mind the following things: 0. back up root and protect root before flashing; 1. do NOT wipe before flashing; 2. flash OTA packages instead of full packs; 3. after flashing, reboot and use OTA root keeper to restore root; 4. now you may wipe, but plz do REMEMBER to download you formerly used su managing app, i.e. Superuser, SuperSU...
i think that if ASUS wants to be a bit serious about this, (and not just roll out the WWE update and be done with us), they will roll out another CHT update (addressing the issues this one has) before they roll out the WWE..
if the WWE they'll release has the same firmware number as the curent CHT one, that's it, we've had it.. they'll never release anything else after that, and we'll be stuck with whatever issus the CHT one has..
