Asus change the MB(i don't know why!!!) of my Padfone and i can't be able to unlock the bootloader.I speak with with Asus Italy and they insist in the fact that they can't help me for this. The problem is that they IMEI change and probably they don't change it on the server.Someone can help me?Solutions for this trouble?I begin to hate Asus!!

a pity, but this won't work. It is specific for transformer prime.

maybe if we contact the developer...

Open a case..
Call support about it..
I have the same issue (dig a bit around the forum)..
The guy on the support is trying his best to resolve my issue without me having to sent the phone back to the repair center, as their answer was twise already.. they insist that the server was updated..
And you have to backup your facts..

try to tell them that it's not a problem with the unlock tool but with the data they have in their servers.

You can also try to contact them via twitter/facebook(I've just titted them )

i guess i will have to act as your lawyer
i will need a fee though..

YOU WILL CALL THAT STRONGO AGAIN AND ASK FOR THE SUPERVISOR!
YOU WILL TELL HIM (IF HE SAYS THE SAME ****) THAT ASUS HAS TO SUPPORT THE PHONE AND THE TOOL THAT THEY PUT OUT..
IT'S AFTER YOU APPLY IT THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO SUPPOPT THE DEVICE..
IF THEY CONTINUE TO ARGUE ASK THEM WHO DO YOU HAVE TO CONTACT AT A HIGHER LEVEL ABOUT THIS..

BUT BEFORE ALL THAT..

1. open a petition at the ASUS site..
2. describe the issue begining with the fact that the M/B was replaced at a Asus repair center..
3. tell them that since then you can't recieve OTA's (you haven't said it here but i am sure you don't)
3. continue by saying that you also can't apply the unlock tool..
4. mention them that you noticed that the phone came back with a different IMEI..
5. tell them that you suspect that the Asus servers have not been updated about the change so they propably don't recognise the phone..
6. take a photo of the phone's box showing the original IMEI and S/N, a photo of the backplate of the phone with the new IMEI sticker, a snapshot of the phone's menu showing the NEW IMEI along with the S/N and a snapshot of the error message when you try the tool.. and attach to the petition..

YOU HAVE TO BACK UP YOUR STORY IN SUCH CASES..

if there is a petition in the system it's harder for them to ignore you..
also you can take this at a higher level and only have to mention the petition Number..
