Contacts randomly vanish and come back only after a reboot??

I'm on to a solution I think, but it is a bit too early to tell. I changed the phone language and the contact duplicate only happen for Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Catalan.. not for English, Portugue...

Here is my wish list:
* Stronger wifi (pf2 is quite weak)
* Lower camera noise (pf2 is horrible)
* Stereo speakers on tab
* Miracast
* Full size usb slot on tab somehow

I'd also make the phone/screen a tiny...
