Hello !

A few ideas for you

  • Add init.d support : OK

  • Change the entropy generator settings ( the rom will be less laggy this way )

  • Enhance hosts for ad blocking, or push an app to do it. : OK

  • Add OpenVPN support : OK

  • Zipalign at boot : OK

  • Defragment database at boot : OK

  • enable data_writeback

  • Change sms/MMS retry to 5

  • Disable logcats or add an option

  • Disable JNI error checking : OK

  • Disable Sleepers

  • Disable Vsync

  • Disable I/O Stats

  • Enable JIT : OK

  • Disable Dalvik JNI : OK

  • Turn Dalvik Verification and Optimization off : OK

  • Tweak dalvik cache : Not needed

  • Disable zRam compression

  • Enable HSUPA

  • Integrate Sony xLoud, clearaudio+, bravia and Pimp My Beats : Seems a bit hard

I'm not sure you can do everything in this list...
Give it a try, every android phones doesn't react the same way with tweaking.

I'm not going to implement all of those requests, but I will try the tips that might increase performance...

Will this be smoother than the stock, or just easy to be modified?

@666dsa666 what is your problem with the OpenVPN? I'm using it from the moment I have the PadFone and it works like a charm.

Message was editted at 04:30PM:

@SparkyRih you could try SimpleSU. It was developed for Dell Streak DSC project. The idea is to be light, small and just work. The only setback is that is not as user friendly as Superuser and SuperSU.

Could someone explain how I can use this ROM. Mine isn't rooted. So that'll be a start.
Are they two ways to Root? Which one should I use?
Build number: JRO03L.WW_PadFone-10.2.1.9-0
Is this even an acceptable build?

You don't need to root for this...

You have to use the Asus Unlock tool to unlock your bootloader, and than install the TWRP recovery (they explain how in their post), after that you will be able to flash my ROM via the TWRP recovery...
Your phone will be rooted after the installation of the ROM due to the fact that the ROM is also rooted...

This rom is based on CHT, but that's no problem, it should work fine...

sparky how come you didn't used the HK rom?
it has the 10.2.1.11 build number so maybe it's some what improved..
i had it flashed on my phone for a few hours once but removed it becouse i couldn't root it.
it's similar to the WWE version without losing any space for the navi like on the CHT version
